Application Process

Once an application is completed and paid for MP&R will verify the information provided.  This process will typically take 48 to 72 hours to complete, and can be delayed by employment  and  reference verifications.  You should not apply if you are a sexual predator or if you have had an eviction in the last five years.  MP&R looks for a beacon score of 500+, but this alone might not be a disqualifier.

MP&R will only process one application at a time per property.  First come first serve.  Once the application is approved you will have 5 days to provide a hold deposit, and we like to schedule a lease signing within two weeks.
